If you've ever dreaded a root canal, Dr. Irelan will completely change your perspective. Having had two prior root canals at other practices, I can say with confidence that this was by far the best endodontic experience I've ever had. From start to finish, Dr. Irelan made me feel completely at ease. He took the time to walk me through every step of the procedure in a way that was clear, thorough, and genuinely reassuring, not rushed or clinical. The level of care and professionalism here is exceptional. The clinic itself is beautifully designed and the staff were absolutely wonderful from the moment I walked in. I felt comfortable, confident, and truly in good hands the entire time. Dr. Irelan will be my first and only call for any future endodontic needs. Highly, highly recommend!

I’ve never felt so compelled to review a medical practice until my experience with Dr. Irelan, Ty, Josh, and Macy. If you’re looking for a practice that wholly cares for its patients, you’ve found it at Franklin Endodontics. This review wasn’t requested - their team is simply so incredible I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to write it. Dr. Irelan and his team received a call from me in desperate need of a same-day consultation and procedure for my husband, Brent. From the very first call, they sensed the urgency and did everything in their power to see him as quickly as possible, including sending a prescription for a steroid to calm his pain until the visit. The office itself is stunning and calming, and Dr. Irelan does a great job explaining things in plain terms. His team even volunteered to stay late to perform the procedure, not wanting Brent to suffer through another night in agony. Dr. Irelan then called twice to follow up - once the night of the procedure, and again the next morning. I had the best experience. Dr. Irelan was so gentle and explained everything. I did not feel rushed and they make you feel very comfortable. I did not have any pain with my root canal and they added some nice touches like noise cancelling headphones, netflix, vaseline to prevent chapped lips, and a hot towel at the end (honestly was so awesome). The whole team was great and I cannot recommend them enough.

I’ve had more than my fare share of root canals. To the point that the thought of going to the dentist is beyond stressful. However, my experience at Franklin endodontics was an eye opening experience on how a root canal should go.The moment I arrive the staff was professional and kind. The office was charming, warm and inviting. Not that cold sterile stainless steel old school dentist office environment. The procedure was painless, seriously no pain, I had dinner a few hours later. The best part was the device called a pillow. It always you to swallow on your own, no water or suction during the entire procedure and I watch a moving wearing headsets, didn’t hear a thing…. Best experience ever…Thank you all

I had a great experience at Franklin Endodontics. From the moment I walked in, Ty was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Dr. Ireland and Josh made sure my root canal procedure was more painless and comfortable than I could have ever imagined. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything that was happening during my visit. I’m very grateful for the kindness and professionalism they showed. I would highly recommend Franklin Endodontics to anyone needing their services.
